Prior to setting Up the legal firm, Er. Attar Singh Kharb served In Engineering Projects ( India ) Ltd. ( A govt. of India Enterprise ), one of the Major construction Company under aegis of Ministry of Industry,Govt. of India. He has sucessfully, managed and handled construction of large and complex projects such as Housing, Corporate Offices, Institutional Buildings, Colleges and Hospitals as well as utility projects, namely, Water Supply and Sewage Disposal including treatment plants, roads etc. in India and abroad.
He did his BE ( Civil ) from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology in 1972 and LL.B from MDU, Rohtak. He is enrolled as practicing Lawyer in Bar Council Of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh and subsequently became member District Bar Association, Gurugram.
